Hello, I'm Erin Murphy, a User Experience Designer with almost 4 years of experience. As a consultant at IBM, I focus on federal government agencies simultaneously designing for multiple projects at different stages of the design process. Each project incorporates Agile and Scrum methodologies in collaborative environments. I am comfortable working with diverse teams of designers, developers, project managers, and clients. In addition, my experience in UX design includes design system libraries, web design, and mobile design.

 

My goal is to help clients troubleshoot their user experience challenges and create a better overall customer journey.
